To participate, please register at the registration desk and collect a bracelet for access to the yoga sessions.
20 mats will be provided. We have extra space for people who bring their mats.

Long hours of sitting, intense focus, and constant context switching are part of everyday developer life. This yoga session offers a mindful counterbalance: relaxation for both body and mind, gentle stretching, and holistic practices to support a healthy body and a balanced state of mind.
The class is suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners. Whether you are trying yoga for the first time or already have an established practice, you are warmly welcome.
In this class, you can expect Hatha yoga asanas, breathing exercises (pranayama), and deep relaxation.
Regular yoga practice helps counteract the effects of prolonged sitting, release physical tension, and reduce everyday stress.
Mats are provided — just bring yourself and wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.
Mahashakti is a software developer with over 12 years of experience in the industry. She first discovered yoga in 2013.
In 2024, she completed a 401-hour teacher training course in India in the tradition of Sivananda Yoga, where she received her teacher name, Mahashakti.
Since October 2025, she has been teaching as a hobby instructor at a Sivananda Yoga Centre.
